I’m Deiahna Garner, a mental health speaker and advocate focused on resilience, self-leadership, and rebuilding stability after life disruptions.
After experiencing multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and navigating diagnoses of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, I had to learn how to rebuild my life from the ground up—personally and professionally.
Today, I use that lived experience alongside my background in business, marketing, and high-performance environments to help individuals and organizations better understand mental health, reduce stigma, and develop sustainable habits for long-term success.
